Olga and Flavio are from Chiapas. Flavio used to work there counting mangos. His salary was so low that it didn't give them enough to provide a good life for their family. Because of this, they decided to come to Ensenada in search of a better job and better education for their children. The family has lived in Ensenada for the past 17 years. They worked taking care of a ranch for a long while but because the owner of the ranch didn’t like the children, they got kicked out. From there they moved into one of their family member’s house but it became too difficult for them to live there. Then they bought a small property and built a small room. Flavio is the only one who works and has a very low salary and that’s why they can’t build something better.
