Pricing Guarantee:
Due to extreme price fluctuations in building material costs in the current economic environment, we are not able to guarantee the cost of the house(s) your team is planning to build beyond 60 days. These increases are for basic materials such as lumber and hardware and are out of the control of YWAM San Diego/Baja. We will only pass on actual increases incurred by YWAM San Diego/Baja. We will communicate with you about the house cost if there is a change and will lock in your final cost 60 days before your build.
All prices quoted are in US Dollars.

5 Steps to Bring Hope to a family
1. MAKE AN INQUIRY
You can build at our Ensenada or San Antonio Del Mar (Tijuana) Campus.
With our current volume of teams coming to build, it is a good idea to book your team as far in advance as possible.
Many of the US holidays are popular and those dates can fill up a year in advance.

2. SECURE HOME BUILD DATE (Payment #1)
Within 30 days of registering, a $1000 deposit per house being built is due. The Invoice will be available on your dashboard within the HOMES OF HOPE App.. We have many teams wanting to come and build a home, which is amazing, but because of this we cannot secure your team’s date until we get the first payment. You can pay within our HOMES OF HOPE App. once you have registered a build and it has been approved.

3. TEAM MEMBER FORMS
After your group is registered, a unique link will be available within the HOMES OF HOPE App. for you to send out to your team members. Please give this link to all team members to complete. Every member of your group must digitally sign the "Release of Liability" as part of their registration. If someone in the group does not have a passport, she/he should apply for one as soon as possible. It can take up to six weeks to receive a U.S. passport. Each person in the group should also bring a photocopy of their passport in case of emergency.
All minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian need an "Affidavit of Parental Consent" signed by the parent/guardian. This is to comply with Mexican law and it allows the minor to cross the border with the group. Click here to download the form, then print it out and the minor should bring it with them to Mexico.
4. RESERVE TEAM HOUSING (Payment #2)
60 days before your trip, a $75 non-refundable deposit per person is due.
This is the second payment due. This payment secures your housing, as it is limited with the growth that we are experiencing.

5. FINALIZE TRIP (Payment #3)
The total balance of all fees, for the group and the house, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. This will be your final payment. We rely on teams to make this final payment 30 days before so that we can buy the lumber, get the concrete slab poured, order the hardware, and other expenses that we incur before the team arrives. Thank you in advance for having your invoice paid 30 days before your arrival. All invoice details are available within the HOMES OF HOPE App..
Approximately four weeks prior to your arrival we will send your group’s agenda, logistics, preliminary build information, and emergency contact information.
Approximately ten days prior to your arrival, you will receive final details for your trip. Review the information and if there are any last minute changes, communicate with our Homes of Hope Team Contact.
