Hello!!! My name is Erika, I’m a single working mom and I have a great dream of giving my son a comfortable home. One that doesn’t get wet and cold when it rains. It breaks my heart to see our situation sometimes and what my son has to go through with me. It’s hard for us to save money to improve our house because of all of our expenses. The most important thing for me right now it’s my son's education and I'm trying to give him everything he needs concerning that. I just want him to have a good future when I’m not here. We moved to our piece of land when my son was 5 years old. It was a very expensive piece of land and it was hard to make the monthly payments but I haven’t stopped working, even extra hours to make the payments on time. But I can’t work at peace because sometimes I have to leave my son alone at home and I get out of work pretty late at night. It’s hard for my son to be alone at home because the house is not very safe and the area either. Our roof leaks when it rains and creaks with the wind. My son’s dream is to have a lot of money so I don’t have to work and can stay with him. He also longs to have his own room and some privacy.
