Family Story:
Rosario and Juan met here in Ensenada. They were dating for around three months when they decided to move in together with Juan´s mom. They had many problems with Juan´s sisters who were rude to Rosario and her son. Due to the difficulties of living with Juan’s family, Rosario told Juan that if he didn't find a piece land or a place for them to live, she was going to leave him. At church Rosario and Juan met a lady that told them about buying a land on credit. That is what they did, and are currently towards paying it off. Their land payment every month is $55. They have been living there for about five months in a little wood shed; half of the room has a concrete floor and the other half has dirt. Rosario doesn´t have a job, she takes care of her son while Juan works as a mason Monday-Saturday from 7am to 6pm, when he has jobs. Although when it's raining, Juan doesn't get work.
