Luis Alonso and Katia Guadalupe are originally from Sinaloa but came to Ensenada looking for a better way of life. Luis works for a company doing their stock and inventory from 3pm to 10am, and from 7am to 2 pm he studies Technological Engineering Mechatronics. Luis has to use twice his strength just to get his family ahead and it is hard to study and then work all night. For her part, Katia works two days of the week giving out food samples at grocery stores. But, their combined salary is very little and insufficient to cover the basic necessities of their family. Not long ago, they didn't even have a place to live until someone let them live in their small camper trailer which isn't in good conditions. Their desire as parents is that they would be able to have a home and a better life. And even though their circumstances haven't provided that yet, they haven't lost faith that one day it will happen for them.
