My name is Maria Guadalupe Palma Valente, and I am writing to request assistance in building a home for myself and my 11-year-old son. As a single mother, I am unable to undertake construction efforts. Four years ago, I separated from my partner and moved to Tijuana to live with my brother, who kindly provided us with a place to stay. Three years ago, I made the best decision of my life by purchasing land, with the hope of one day living there with my son in our own home.
