To whom it may concern, I arrived to Tijuana 18 years ago and got married, we were young and did not think about savings, or having a home for a family, as our marriage developed we gt pregnant and decided to start paying for government housing but our debt never decreased on the contrary it increased and we had to give it back and our account for housing support with the government as cancelled. We did not want to start paying rent again but there was not an option since we couldn’t afford to pay for the house anymore. After some time we decided to purchase a piece of land and then we heard about homes of hope that they were able to help us. In our current situation the only one that works at the moment is my husband and he has to take care of all the bills and payments leaving us with no money to build anything for our children.
