Alma came to Ensenada when she was 12 because her parents decided to come looking for a job. Genaro was 3 years old when his parents split up and Genaro’s mom came with her children to Ensenada.
They met at work and dated for a year. Got married and went to live with Genaro’s parents. When their first kid was born Genaro’s mom lent them a room.
