Worship is an essential part of our lives as the body of Christ. When we respond to God as He moves within us, we are transformed. Building our lives upon that place of encountering Him is vital for the worshiper. It is the call of the worshiper to go forward, to lead out in battle and to prepare the way for God to move. We desire to use our creative gifts as tools in which God can shift and mold our societies, leading and creating from a place of the identity and purpose that He has given us.

This school focuses on leading from the inside out. We will dive into lectures, books, and musical training for three months and then will take what we’ve learned to serve practically on outreach. In skill training, we will focus on band development, musicianship, songwriting, as well as training in your instrument, vocals, and music theory. We will also learn how to develop song and set lists for the local church, outreach, and recording settings.
Throughout the Bible we see the mighty ways that God called and walked alongside worshipers and musicians, partnering with them as they used their giftings to make an impact.
The heart of School of Worship (SOW) is to establish a lifestyle of leaning into God’s heart and offering up our abilities in honor to the Father. Out of that intimate relationship we become like torches, shining light to the ends of the earth and igniting hearts with a passion to usher in God’s kingdom.
I came to the School of Worship wanting to learn how to be a worship leader and hoping to deepen my relationship with God along the way. Little did I know, I would gain so much more than that.
