Family History

When Elisio was 7 years old his family moved from the southern state of Oaxaca to Ensenada in search of work  Nancy is originally from Chiapas where she was in a relationship and had 3 children.  Unfortunately her children’s father treated her very poorly and had to leave.  Her oldest son decided to stay with his father in Chiapas.

When Nancy arrived in Ensenada she began to work at a packaging factory and soon met Eliseo, who also had a child from a previous marriage.  Though separated he sent money to cover expenses for his son.  

Eliseo soon invited Nancy on a date and after dating for six months they moved in together.  At first they rented but Eliseo thought it best to begin looking for a property he could purchase on credit. 

Eliseo’s 3-year-old son, Joas, lives with his father and Nancy some weeks and with his mother other weeks.  

Eliseo works in the fields and Nancy works in a medical products factory.  She works from 5:40pm-2:40am.  Eliseo cares for the children while she is at work.

Nancy and Eliseo need a safe home for their children’s wellbeing and believe it will lead to a better life for all of them.
