Overview
All around the world the Lord is raising up a generation who seek his presence like it’s the very air they breath; who will burn with passion for him; and who have given themselves over to the reckless pursuit of their God.
Presence, Passion, and Pursuit is a meeting place for those called to be a part of this worshipping, praying generation. The five-month course is designed for equipping and discipleship, preparing the fires of our hearts to burn brighter and hotter for our Lord, while focusing on the spiritual disciplines of worship and prayer.
The course begins with a 12 week in-class phase, where you will be challenged in their spiritual walk, growing in love for God, and their fellow students. The lecture phase will also incorporate extended times of worship and intercessory prayer, bringing you closer to the heart of God. The lecture phase is followed by an 8 week outreach phase, where you’ll put into practice all the things you’ve learned, in a cross-cultural setting.
Graduating students will be transformed by a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. They will also meet entry requirements for other University of the Nations courses, such as the School of Worship, which will be offered as an extension on this course, taking students to the next level of their personal and corporate expressions of worship and prayer.
The school will be run from September 2011 – February 2012 at our Ensenada Campus, about 60 miles south of the US/Mexico border, right on the Pacific Ocean.
